Philip L. Francis is executive chairman of PetSmart and previously served as chairman and CEO. He was president and COO of Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc. and has 35 years of experience with Roundy's, Cardinal Health and Jewel Companies. Mr. Francis graduated from the University of Illinois and the Indiana University Business School, is involved in the United Way, serves as chairman of Greater Phoenix Leadership, the ASU WP Carey School of Business Dean's Council of 100 and serves on the board of SUPERVALU, Inc.
