Gord LaFortune is executive vice president of CareFusion’s Commercial Operations outside the U.S.

In this role, Gord provides executive leadership and oversight for our multi-national sales and marketing efforts and is responsible for driving global growth for the organization. Previously, he was senior vice president and general manager of the Infusion business for CareFusion.

Gord has more than 25 years of medical devices experience at CareFusion and predecessor companies, including Cardinal Health, Allegiance and Baxter Corporation.

Prior to CareFusion, he spent more than 10 years in the Medical Products and Technologies segment of Cardinal Health. His roles included president of Infection Prevention, president of International and vice president and general manager of Canadian operations.

Previously, he also spent more than 15 years at Baxter Corporation, where his roles included director of New Business Initiatives, vice president of Corporate Sales and Marketing, director of National Accounts along with multiple roles in sales, marketing and management .
