Roger Marchetti is the executive vice president of Human Resources for CareFusion.

In this role, he is responsible for developing global HR strategies that align with our overall company priorities. As lead for our HR function, Roger oversees Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Service Delivery and Learning Services.

Prior to joining CareFusion, he was senior vice president of Human Resources and Information Management for Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and before that, served as Amylin’s senior vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Services.

Previously, Roger spent more than 10 years with Guidant Corporation, where his roles included corporate controller and Chief Accounting Officer, vice president of Human Resources for the Vascular Intervention Group, vice president of Finance and Information Systems for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada, and vice president of Human Resources. He has also held financial roles at Eli Lilly and Company and was on the audit staff of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP).

He currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences in Claremont, Calif.

Roger is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from La Salle University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
