Professional Services
CareFusion employs registered Nurses and Pharmacists that have extensive automation expertise and that specialize in using Pyxis® products within a clinical setting. This team, called Professional Services, works to identify safety and efficiency opportunities for our prospective customers by assessing the medication management process and providing specific recommendations to enhance practice.
Following implementation, the Professional Services team is also available for guidance on questions related to clinical and workflow issues, including inventory management, reporting and optimal automation policies and practices.
