CQI consulting services
Understanding Guardrails® alerts data from the Alaris® infusion pumps is essential to identify and drive process improvements across your facility. Our CQI consulting services provides ongoing support and training to help support your continuous quality initiatives.
Our CQI account management team is composed of clinicians who understand first-hand what you and your staff need to know to use your infusion data to improve clinical workflow and provide a higher level of patient safety. The team will help you learn the Guardrails® CQI Reporter software, explain how to gain insights from reports and data, and how that information can guide your facility towards process improvement.
CQI consulting services is provided through the Optimization Software Maintenance program and includes:
- Guardrails® CQI Reporter software training
- Tuition (not including travel expenses, meals, etc.) for two individuals to attend the Guardrails CQI Reporter Advanced Workshop (CQI workshop)
- Unlimited phone and email support
Additional services can be purchased separately including Enhanced CQI Support that provides an on-site, customer-tailored CQI value presentation.
