Implementation services

Dedicated to patient safety, CareFusion helps customers implement and manage their medication safety systems. Professional project managers, clinicians and pharmacists will leverage their expertise and experience to increase patient and caregiver safety.

Each implementation account is assigned a project manager, clinical consultant and pharmacy consultant to guide the implementation process. Project managers oversee the project team to help ensure speed to impact and project success. Pharmacy consultants work with the hospital team to assist each account's development of a unique data set drug library. Clinical consultants also assist in the data set drug library development and educate hospital staff on the device. For more information select a tab below.
