The Pyxis ProcedureRoller system from CareFusion offers caregivers convenient, on-the-go access to medical and surgical supplies. This automated storage device is specifically designed for specialty supplies, such as those used in Cardiac Cath Labs and Neurology, which may need to be mobile across multiple procedural suites.

The battery-powered system offers the same benefits as the Pyxis ProcedureStation™ system, including easy and secure access to supplies, a reduction in inventory outages and the ability to charge supply usage directly to the patient billing system in real-time. Reporting capabilities provide information about patients, physicians, procedures, supply usage trends, supply par levels and replenishment. The system is optionally equipped with industry-standard wireless communications to provide information without the need for docking stations or direct connection to an ethernet port.
