Mr. Friel holds a B.A. in economics from Lafayette College and a M.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is co-chairman of World Business Chicago, serves on the Board of Providence-St. Mel High School and the Angus Robinson Jr. Memorial Foundation and is a trustee of Dublin City University in Ireland. Mr. O'Halleran has a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
