Project Management

Your single point of contact for all of your project needs

Once the study has been awarded to Research Services an experienced and dedicated Project Manager is assigned to your study. Your Project Manager is the single point of contact for you and your team to ensure all aspects of your trial are managed and executed properly. Your Project Manager knows your protocol and understands how our products and services optimize your protocol. They define information flow and interactions between the Sponsor, CRO and Research Services. They provide a point of contact and expert management, but more importantly, they provide you with peace of mind. With over 30 Project Managers onstaff you can be sure your study is handled professionally and efficiently.

Data Management

We organize your data in the format you need

A complete backend solution is offered in the form of data management. After your data is securely uploaded and received, our data management team offers solutions for data corrections and organization. All data corrections are initiated by the site or sponsor's data management staff and are done in a single, central database. Data is reviewed by our trained clinical staff and feedback is then sent to sites via fax or email. Additionally, our Web Portal offers a complete Query Management system to further assist in the organization of your data.

Trained on-staff and in-house technical support is crucial when help is needed. All of our technical support is in-house and not outsourced, providing the best and most accurate support available. Education and Training

Educating your sites to ensure accurate results

For all projects, training for Investigators, Monitors and Study Coordinators is conducted. Our staff of Respiratory Therapists, Cardiovascular Technicians, Excercise Physiologist and Nurses are trained on our products and your protocol. The Education Department offers complete, condensed and protocol specific trainings, all which are concluded with a certification process, ensuring accurate results for your trial. We customize the training based on the protocol and products used for your study. We offer centralized trainings at the Investigator Meeting, Onsite trainings and Web-based training.
